I am so excited to share my Avengers Campus experience with you! Avengers Campus is the new Marvel themed land at Disney’s California Adventure. This was our first time exploring the new land so we decided to make a Disney Date Day out of it. We ate at the restaurant, rode the ride and just soaked un the atmosphere.
Avengers Campus features the Spiderman Web slingers ride where you can shoot webs and help Spiderman rid the area of spider bots. The ride is very similar to Toy Story Mania on Pixar Pier. Its the same concept of being a game style ride. In Web Slingers you use your arms to shoot webs! It was pretty fun. Plus I ended up getting the highest score in my whole car. Each rider wears 3D type glasses as the ride goes through a series of screens. Its a very tame ride with no drops or surprises. The ride is pretty good but not one of my favorites.
We ate lunch at Pym Test Kitchen, which is located inside Avengers Campus. The restaurant serves small plates for sharing so its great if you are looking for that. It also serves huge plates. The theme of the restaurant is Antman so its big and small foods. We had the peanut butter sandwich and a peanut butter lemonade. Peanut butter Lemonade was not as bad as it sounds! It was more like a strawberry lemonade with peanut butter whipped cream. The sandwich was pretty good as well. It has peanut butter, bananas, and bacon on it. It an interesting flavor. I would probably order something else if I go there again but I did enjoy trying it.

There are also many places to shop, like an Avengers Studio Store, as well as other shops for your favorite Marvel character merchandise. We got an ornament for our family Disney Christmas tree at the main store. It features Thanos’s gauntlet and the infinity stones. My sister Heather is making us Avengers costumes for Halloween so get got it for her as a surprise. She will be Thanos when we go to Oogie Boobie Bash. We plan to take photos in Avengers Campus.
My husband and I had such a great time together exploring everything Avengers Campus has to offer. We had a Disney Date Day and it was the perfect way to spend our day. Avengers Campus is amazing!
